I was sitting home one night watching one of those infomercials on TV which promised me I could get a six pack in only six minutes. WOW!

Really???? A six pack in just six minutes a day - hmmmmm sounds too good to be true. Iíve been working out for over 25 years and know you canít get a six pack in six minutes a day. Since these programs are on TV all the time, I know a lot of people are buying this stuff because they really donít know how to get a six pack.

After watching hundreds of these infomercials over the years, I can understand why people think you can get a six pack in six minutes. The people in these infomercials swear they got their six pack using these crazy gadgets and since they are all in great shape, surely they must work.

Well not exactly. These programs prey on everyoneís weakness. Who wouldnít want a six pack in six minutes? Wouldnít that be great? Workout for just six minutes and voila a nice six pack. If it was only that easy.

The fact of the matter is itís not as hard as you think. There are so many misconceptions about dieting and working out that most people have no idea what it takes to get into shape. People ask me all the time how they can build a lean muscular body and get into shape. I have helped friends, family and complete strangers get into shape and change their lives forever.

Once you learn what it takes to lose weight and get into shape, it becomes amazingly easy. Iím not saying it doesnít require some work and dedication. However, I have seen people achieve terrific results by following my tips and advice and making small changes in their daily routines.
