We all have areas where fat cells seem to gather more than others, due mostly to our genetics. That is why some people have a huge belly, others have big love handles or thighs. On the other hand, if you were to eat the same number of calories and ride the treadmill each night, you could burn 400 calories. This would put you in a calorie deficit and you would begin to lose weight. It’s that simple, eat less, or exercise more and you burn belly fat.
