I Want To Lose Weight Fast – 5 Tips To Lose Weight Quickly

I want to lose weight fast! How can I do it?

Don’t we all!! This is one of the major things that I receive questions about from Motivate Fitness members. It seems like everybody is longing to drop those unwanted pounds and can’t get it done quick enough. If you find yourself saying “I want to lose weight fast,” then these tips that I am about to share are perfect for you. Granted you won’t get a flat stomach instantly, but these are great tips to have as you make your way to the skinner you. If I said it once, I have said it a hundred times! It will take a lot more than just your diet to get your weight to where you want it to be. It takes hard work but on the way, remember these top “I want to lose weight fast” tricks!

Tips that will help you lose weight

1) Get familiar with BMR! -This stands for Basal Metabolic Rate and can be used to calculate how many calories you should be consuming each day. It is determined by using the following equation: Your Body Weight x 15 + (Moderate activity you do in minutes per day x 3.5). You take that answer and subtract -500 kcal because you are trying to lose weight. Isn’t math fun! Take that number and remember it day by day!

2) Fruits and Veggies – Everyone knows how fruits and veggies are beneficial for heart healthy eating but they are also good for your “I want to lose weight fast” kick. Here is a great suggestion, consume at least 5 servings per day. No special trick here other than they have great fiber, antioxidants and vitamins to help you in your diet to lose weight. Vegetables and fruits are also foods that burn belly fat!

3) Portions, portions, portions guys (and gals)! – Stop eating 4 servings of pasta and have just 1. Just because you are eating out doesn’t mean you must eat everything on your plate. Leftovers are good too! Cut down your portion size, trust me, it will help! Familiarize yourself with the calorie content of products before you buy them and stay away from processed foods!

4) Understand what is on the Labels – Everything you consume will have a label on it giving you loads of information you don’t understand. Just because a product is “fat free” doesn’t mean it is low in calories. Just because something says it’s low in sugar doesn’t mean its low in fat. See how that works! Understand what the label means to help you fulfill your “I want to lose weight” goal!

5) Exercise – You know I had to include this one! Let’s not forget that it is the quickest way to lose weight and keep it off! Try to do a minimum of at 30 to 60 minutes a day and don’t forget to add in the weights at least 3 times a week!! This is not a free ride here and if you want to be successful, this will help for sure!
